The Lipscomb Master of Business Administration
The Lipscomb Master of Business Administration (MBA) is designed for students with an undergraduate degree in either business or in a non-related field. Leveling courses are offered for the non-business undergraduate. Business undergraduates may require fewer leveling courses, if any, before beginning the core courses.
An MBA student may select an area of concentration in accounting, conflict management, financial services, healthcare management, leadership or nonprofit management. A “no concentration” option is also available.
The curriculum is grouped into three categories: Leveling Courses, Core Courses and Concentration Electives. Most courses are taught exclusively for graduate students. Thirty hours are required for graduation, consisting of eighteen hours in the required core courses and twelve hours of concentration electives.
